Weddings & Celebrations at Hope Unitarian Church

Nestled on a wooded hilltop in South Tulsa, Hope Unitarian Church offers a peaceful and welcoming setting for weddings and celebrations of all kinds. We joyfully welcome couples of all faiths, backgrounds, identities, and traditions, including interfaith, secular, and LGBTQ+ weddings.

Whether you are planning an intimate ceremony, a traditional wedding, or a full weekend celebration, our beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces provide a flexible and welcoming environment for your special day.

Our Venue

Hope Unitarian Church offers:

• Indoor sanctuary seating for up to 200 guests
• Outdoor ceremony spaces surrounded by nature
• Reception space for dining and celebrations
• Two getting-ready areas for the wedding party
• Flexible indoor and outdoor options based on weather and preference

All wedding packages include:

• Tables and chairs
• Tablecloths
• Access to our wedding arch and décor inventory
• Parking for guests
• Indoor and outdoor ceremony options
• Flexible rental times tailored to your event

Additional amenities, including dinnerware, kitchen access, rehearsal time, and audiovisual support, are included in select packages.

Venue Policies

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date.
• A $500 refundable damage deposit is required for all rentals.
• Clients are responsible for setup and teardown unless additional arrangements are made.
• Cleaning fees are included in package pricing.
• Outside licensed caterers and self-catering are welcome.
• Rehearsal access is included only where specifically noted.

Minister & Officiant Services

Our minister is available to officiate wedding ceremonies for a fee of $500, which includes officiation and basic coordination.

Couples may also choose an outside officiant, subject to approval prior to signing a rental agreement. Outside officiants are responsible for their own licensing and coordination.

Wedding Packages

Ceremony Elopement Package — $500

A simple, beautiful ceremony for couples seeking an intimate celebration.

Includes:

• One hour of venue access
• Sanctuary or outdoor ceremony location
• Access to our wedding arch and décor inventory
• Use of one getting-ready area
• Indoor or outdoor flexibility, weather permitting
• Seating for immediate family and a small number of guests

Perfect for elopements, vow renewals, and intimate ceremonies.

Reception space and meal service are not included.

Micro-Wedding Package — $1,000

A ceremony-focused experience with time for a small celebration afterward.

Includes:

• Three hours of venue access
• Ceremony space and a small reception with hors d’oeuvres or refreshments
• Tables, chairs, and tablecloths
• Wedding arch and décor inventory
• Punch bowl and serving pieces
• Indoor and outdoor flexibility, weather permitting

Audio and visual services are available as add-ons.

Ideal for intimate weddings and small family celebrations.

Basic Wedding Package — $2,000

A complete ceremony and light reception experience.

Includes:

• Six hours of venue access
• Ceremony and reception spaces
• Tables, chairs, and tablecloths
• Wedding arch and décor inventory
• Serving pieces and punch bowl
• Indoor and outdoor flexibility
• Basic ceremony sound support, including microphones and music playback

Optional rehearsal add-on: $250 for up to two hours.

Perfect for couples planning a simple reception with cake, refreshments, and mingling.

Classic Wedding Package — $3,000

A traditional wedding experience with rehearsal and a full reception.

Includes everything in the Basic Package, plus:

• Eight hours of venue access
• Dinnerware for approximately 75 guests
• Full kitchen access for catering and food service
• Two-hour rehearsal included
• Use of getting-ready areas throughout your rental
• Basic sound system support for music and microphones

Ideal for traditional weddings featuring a seated meal and a structured reception timeline.

Full Wedding Package — $4,000

An all-day wedding experience with additional celebration options.

Includes everything in the Classic Package, plus:

• Twelve hours of venue access
• Extended flexibility throughout your wedding day
• Full sound system support
• Audio recording
• Livestream or video recording services
• Your choice of one additional event:
  • Wedding shower
  • Welcome party
  • Rehearsal dinner

Perfect for couples planning a full-day celebration or a complete wedding weekend experience.

Wedding Shower — $500

Includes:

• Four hours of venue access
• Tables, chairs, and tablecloths
• Basic décor inventory
• Serving pieces and punch bowl

Welcome Party or Rehearsal Dinner — $750

Includes:

• Four hours of venue access
• An additional two-hour rehearsal window for wedding clients
• Tables, chairs, and tablecloths
• Basic décor inventory
• Kitchen access
• Dinnerware for approximately 75 guests
• Flexible indoor and outdoor use

Perfect for catered dinners, family gatherings, and rehearsal events.

Additional Rehearsal Time — $250
