Creative Tension

King’s nonviolent campaigns and teachings emphasize love in action. Using direct action when an opponent is unwilling to enter into, or remain in, discussions/negotiations. These actions impose a “creative tension” into the conflict, supplying moral pressure in resolving the injustice. Where are today’s creative tensions?
