Hope’s mission, activities and social outreach programs offer
many opportunities for our members and friends to support our vital church.
Financial contributions, as well as generous commitments of time and effort,
provide the resources for our endeavors. Giving opportunities include:
-- Pledges: Members fund the church’s core expenses through annual financial
pledges generally made during the spring every-member canvass.
-- Plate donations: Plate donations: All the money collected
at the Sunday morning service is donated to a recipient chosen by our Generosity Committee. Recent recipients have included - Iron Gate Ministries, The Tulsa Day Center for the Homeless, Animal Rescue Foundation, Family & Children's Services, Laura Dester Shelter.

Hope Unitarian Church
Development Foundation: Serving as
Hope’s endowment fund, this 501 (c)(3) charity accepts special gifts and bequests.
Interest from the fund is used to promote Religious Education
(leadership and teacher training) and to preserve the building and grounds of Hope
Unitarian Church.
-- Events: Fundraising events are conducted throughout the year to further
support our mission. These include Fall Auction, Spring Religious Liberty
Award Dinner (including scholarship), and Summer Garage Sale.
-- Memorials: Contributions are received in honor of, or in memory of, members
and friends. These special funds are used as the family requests, or placed in
the Memorial Garden Fund for the improvement of the Memorial Garden. Family
requests have included children’s books, playground equipment, tree sculptures,
bird feeders and special plantings.
