Welcome to our Children's religious education program. Ours is a comprehensive program, mindful of the needs of infants, toddlers, children, tweens and teens. We offer religious education classes to build core religious literacy, personal growth, fellowship activities and community service projects built on a foundation of responsible adult leadership. As Rachel Carson said,
"If a child is to keep alive his inborn sense of wonder, he needs the companionship of at least one adult who can share it, rediscovering with him the joy, excitement and mystery of the world we live in.
To that end we are ever mindful that parents are the primary religious educators. We strive to support parents in the task of raising children to become responsible adults capable of making wise decisions about religious and ethical issues.
To lead our children on a lifelong journey of learning, faith development and social action in the free church tradition.
